Introduction
In this portfolio, you will explore my assignments and articles as a journalist for the online publication Scot Scoop. In the past year, I have honed my journalism skills to become the most effective reporter and writer I can be. As a sportswriter for Scot Scoop, I have covered many important, exciting match-ups over the course of the three-season year. Additionally, I have been able to cover a different, deeper story in my 2022 feature article. I have won a Best of SNO award for this feature story and a California Press Women’s Award for a separate sports story. I love journalism and am always excited to cover any event I am given.
